1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 Tablespoon dried Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder (not fine powder)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Mix spices into meat and refrigerate overnight. Form into four patties and fry on ungreased surface, to brown on both sides. Try to only turn them once.
Cut into strips.
Serve over salad, or on HM Naan or HM Pita Bread, with HM Tzatziki Sauce, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
