1 1/4 cup whole organic milk
1/3 cup grape seed oil
1/4 cup organic cane sugar
1 tsp coarse sea salt
3 3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons vital gluten
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Place all into bread machine pan, in order listed (wet to dry). Use dough setting for 1.5 pound loaf (time 1:27).

- 1/4 cup flour, spread on cutting board surface
- Line your baking pan with parchment paper
- Serrated knife
- Preheat oven to lowest setting. When prompted ready, turn it off.
Remove dough when machine prompts.
Stretch the dough, into a log, while rolling, slightly, into the flour, on the cutting board surface, covering all sides. (approx12 inches long)
Cut, with serrated knife, into equal sections.
For hamburger buns, use 16 equal sections. Roll with your hand, to shape into a round bun.
For hotdog buns, roll into hotdog shapes.
This batch, pictured, made 8 hot dog buns, 5 hamburger buns, and 20 small dipping rolls.
Set on parchment covered pan, almost touching.
Proof inside warmed oven for 45-60 minutes, to double their size.
Remove from oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When your oven prompts that its heated, reduce temperature dial to 375 degrees, and put your buns inside to bake.
Check at 9 minutes. Golden brown take 9-11 minutes, for larger buns. (If you are making small dipper rolls, check at 6-7 minutes. Remove when golden brown.)
