Rhubarb Custard Cake

Rhubarb Cake 8

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix

2 cups peeled and diced rhubarb

1 cup sugar

1 pint heavy whipping cream (2 cups)

Make cake mix, as directed, on the back of the box.  Pour into greased 9×13 pan.  Sprinkle rhubarb over the top, evenly.  Sprinkle one cup of sugar, over the top, evenly.  Pour the whipping cream, right out of the carton (do not whip it) over the top of the sugar.

Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

I, prefer, to eat it cold.. but its good, either way. :)
