Skillet Queso

1 pound ground beef (cooked with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and chili powder, like making taco meat, or use a taco seasoning packet. Brown with water and it will steam the meat a little softer.)

1 can chopped tomatoes, with the juice
1 small can tomato paste
1 – 8 oz block cream cheese
1 bag Kraft “Melts” (co-jack and american works, too)
(the Kraft Melts will add some starch to thicken it, too.)

Add hot water, to thin it, if it gets too thick.

Serve with warm fajita size tortillas
