Heidi’s Spinach Dip

1 – 24 ounce Daisy Sour Cream
1 cup Hellman’s Mayo
1 pound of frozen, thawed, and well drained/squeezed Spinach
4 scallions, chopped (greens and whites) or large minced shallot
1 – 8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped
2 Tbs of Ranch Dressing Mix

Mix together and serve in a hollowed out bread bowl.
French bread loaves make oblong bowls.

Serve with cut up veggies, torn bread pieces, crackers, and/or pretzels.
