Grandma Peterson’s (Wilma Hunter) Milk Cheese

2 cups milk in heavy sauce pan on medium heat.
Add slices of American cheese to thicken (as desired)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pour over broken bread

**This was always a favorite treat at Grandma’s house. I remember she added a lot of ground black pepper and it was spicy.**
