French Toast

1 large day-old Italian loaf, french loaf, or challah bread, sliced thickly
(can use texas toast, too)

Egg Mixture:
4 eggs
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Use electric skillet on 350 degrees.

Spray pan with cooking spray.

Each batch also needs butter dotted around the pan and cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkled on bread, in the pan.

Brown toast on both sides. (About 10 minutes per batch)

Garnish with powdered sugar

Serve with Peanut Butter, Jam, and/or Maple Syrup
