Aunt Joy’s Pop "Eyes"

2 slices of bread
2 eggs
1 small juice glass or biscuit cutter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut hole/center out of the bread.
Butter both sides of all bread pieces.
Place bread onto hot skillet.
Break an egg into each hole and cook just like you would a fried egg, browned on both sides.
Season as you would an over-easy fried egg.

use grilled center holes of bread to dip into the center of the over-easy egg.
